The California Outdoor Heritage Alliance (COHA) is a partnership of conservation organizations, outdoor industry, other related interests and individuals who support science-based wildlife management and the preservation of our hunting rights in California. COHA is a 501(c)4 Political Advocacy organization dedicated solely to influencing legislative, regulatory and administrative policy decisions which promote wildlife conservation and our outdoor heritage.
COHA Launches New COHA Foundation
At their May 2011 meeting in Sonoma, the California Outdoor Heritage Alliance (COHA) Board of Directors was pleased to announce the creation of the new COHA Foundation – a 501(c)3 charitable organization responsible for policy-related education, outreach and other compulsory activities integral to the long-term success of COHA. COHA Foundation was created to ensure the long-term health of a COHA partnership whose success is integrally important to the entire hunting and conservation community.
COHA and the COHA Foundation are seamlessly integrated non-profit organizations, strategically united to most effectively achieve their mutual mission of promoting wildlife conservation and protecting our hunting heritage. COHA Foundation is now accepting tax-deducible donations.
